Havana, Cuba · Live music & cocktails

Havana / Music / Good Company

Cuban rum.
A little brightness.
Plenty of character.

A little citrus, a deeper note, something fresh without the rum. There is more than one way to find your place at the bar.

01 / The signature

Chancleta: the signature story, a new interpretation

Warmth. Spark. A dry last note.

The Chancleta holds the signature place in Timba Social Club’s legacy brand story. Here, that starting point becomes a fresh tasting idea: Cuban rum meeting the brightness of lime, the bite of ginger and a dry bitters finish.

This ingredient combination is a proposed creative interpretation, not a verified historical recipe or a current menu listing.

An imagined tasting score

I Cuban rum
The foundation: rounded warmth, giving the sharper notes something to play against.
II Lime
The bright entrance: a clean citrus edge that lifts the whole composition.
III Ginger
The rhythmic turn: a lively bite, adding energy rather than extra sweetness.
IV Dry bitters
The closing note: a restrained, aromatic finish that brings the flavours together.

02 / The flavour collection

Three directions.
Your kind of character.

Follow the flavours you enjoy. Rum-free refreshment belongs in the conversation just as much as a darker, slower-sipping idea.

01

Bright & Lifted

Son de Lima

A crisp rum-and-citrus highball concept. Light on its feet, with a clean citrus line and a long, refreshing shape.

Citrus-led
Lifted

02

Deep & Stirred

Brass Section

A darker rum concept with cacao and orange notes. Rounded depth meets a little bitter brightness, imagined for those who enjoy a richer flavour profile.

03

Without the Rum

Patio Fresco

Pineapple, lime, mint and soda in a rum-free composition. Freshness and character take the lead; the evening needs nothing more from your glass.

Fresh
Mint-led
Rum-free

Creative cocktail concepts, offered as flavour inspiration rather than an operational drinks menu.

03 / The band. The bar. Your company.

The bar is only
the beginning.

Think about who is coming with you, how you like to settle in and where the music fits. From the grounded pulse of son cubano to timba’s rhythmic turns, the glass is just one part of the evening.

Follow the rhythm.
Make a night of it.
